RETURN POLICY

 

In case of return you should contact us at support@adrianmi.com no longer than 7 days after receiving the package.

We need to know your order number and which items would you like to return.

If we don't answer for 3 business days after your return request, it means that somehow we don't get your mail or you don't get our reply, so please write us again or simply call us on the number shown at your invoice.

All items will be inspected on return. If the items are not in their original condition we reserve the right not to accept your return, and to send the product back to your address, as the shipment will be on your charge.

 

ORIGINAL CONDITION AND DAMAGED GOODS

 

Goods purchased from the Adrian - Mi online shop shall be replaced or returned subject to the following requirements:

•           The integrity of the package of the goods must NOT be broken;

•           There must be NO torn or missing labels and/or accessories of the goods;

•           The goods must NOT have been subjected to washing and/or chemical processing;

•           The goods must NOT have been worn;

•           The goods must NOT be soiled;

•           The goods must NOT have been ironed;

•           Of course you can try it though;

If the items are not in their original condition we reserve the right not to accept your return, and to send the product back to your address, as the shipment will be on your charge.

 

RETURN OF GOODS

 

RETURNS FROM NON-EU MEMBER STATES

In case of return you should contact us at support@adrianmi.com no longer than 7 days after receiving the package.

All returns from Non-EU Members have to be accompanied by the Return Document of their return request. Please, give the document to the courier together with the shipping label of your return parcel.

 

We will accept returns only if they are sent by DHL

We can arrange for you a DHL Pickup Request using our account number. The shipping price will be between €20 and €40 depending on the parcel's weight and it will be deducted from the amount of your refund. You should ask DHL how to pack the parcel for lower shipping price, keeping in mind that if you use a box the price will be calculated according to its volumetric weight.

 

RETURNS FROM EU MEMBER STATES

In case of return you should contact us at support@adrianmi.com no longer than 7 days after receiving the package.

We have no requirements towards the method of delivery, as long as it is trackable and safe.

The items returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are packed up properly and can not get damaged on the way!

Please note that if you are in a hurry you should choose a faster delivery method. We would not be able to refund you before receiving your return and verifying its condition. If you use your National post service the delivery usually takes 7-14 working days. You should check this before choosing the shipping method.

We expect to receive the tracking number of the shipment within 3 days from receiving the approve of your return request.

Once we have received the shipment, we will contact you to confirm the receipt thereof as well as that the product is in good preserved condition that allows us to accept the return/exchange.

 

REPLACEMENT / EXCHANGE

You can replace the goods for another size (if it is available in the online shop) or another item. The replacement transportation costs (return and new shipment) shall be assumed by the buyer/customer. After you make an application for return of the product, please, make a new order with the new size (item), so as to be able to book the quantity until we receive your shipment.

 

REFUND

Once received, if the items are in their original condition, we’ll refund you by your original payment method within 10 days.

It can take up to 15 working days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note that working days do not include weekends and official holidays.
