1. How do I place my order?
Check out the clothes, shoes and accessories in the online concept store www.adrian-mi.com and make your choice. Click on an item and view its description and photos in detail. Then select a size from the drop-down menu. If you are not sure what your size is, please consult the "Size Chart". Once you select a size, you can choose whether to get one or more items from that product by changing the number in the "count" field. After that put it into your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart". All of the items that you have selected will be stored in the shopping cart until the completion of the order. When you want to complete your order, go to your shopping cart and click on "Continue". Now follow the system instructions that will take you step by step through our ordering and payment process. After completing the order, you will receive an order acknowledgment from us by email, which will list the products that you have selected again. In the unusual event that you have not received an order confirmation on your e-mail, please contact us – firstname.lastname@example.org
2. How do I know what size to get?
You will find the corresponding size on our product detail page for each item (front and back lengths), as well as the body height of the relevant model as a guideline. Our models have the sample sizes S for women and M for men. Please note that the garment is only measured in one size and in a non-worn condition. That is, the elasticity of the product can not be reflected.
You are also entitled to return or replace an item within 7 days. If you decide that you are not satisfied with your order or want another size, then you can return or replace it. For more information, please read our "Return policy".
3. There’s something I really wanted but it’s no longer available!
If you’d like to know when an item becomes available again, you can contact our after sales team on email@example.com.
If they know the upcoming restocking dates they will be happy to share this information.
4. Why was my order not accepted or cancelled?
If the goods you have ordered are not available or if your credit and identity check had a negative result, this may result in the cancellation or non-acceptance of your purchase order.

6. I paid by credit card but am still waiting for my order. What has happened?
Please note that the goods ordered can only be shipped if the credit card details you have entered are accepted. All of the security information on the card must therefore be entered. After the details have been checked successfully, the goods ordered will automatically be shipped from our warehouse.

Delivery takes place by mail. We work with the shipping company DHL, which delivers our goods.

The shipping costs for delivery are free worldwide.

You can place orders for the whole of Europe on adrian-mi.com.
If you are interested in a delivery outside of Europe, please contact us on email@example.com. Our representative will be pleased to inform you of the shipping costs to the country you are interested in.
11. How can I check where my shipment is? Can I track its status?
As soon as our logistics partner has picked up your shipment from our premises, you will receive an email generated by the logistics partner with a tracking number.
